REGISTRATION INFO

When and where is the reunion?

• Date: Friday, August 29 – Sunday, August 31, 2025
• Location: THE WESTIN RIVERWALK, SAN ANTONIO, 420 W Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205
• Room Reservations:
  • Reserve your room online: at The Crayton Family Reunion 2025
  • Reserve By Phone: Call The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio Reservations Coordinator, Anna Guerrero at (210)444-6005. Make sure to inform the reservationists that you are part of the group: Crayton Family Reunion 2025, to receive the special group rate. 
  • Note: All reservations must be made by August 8, 2025. After that date, reservations will be based on availability. If you have any difficulty booking the special group rate, please let us know immediately so that we can address the issue.

How do I register for the reunion?

1. Download the Registration Packet.
2. Complete the Online Registration Form or use the form in the packet. The word document version is also available here.
3. Send your reunion registration fees via one of the listed payment methods.

Registration Fees:

• Adults – $125.00
• Youth (4-11 years) – $75.00
• Child (Infant to 3 years) – FREE

The paid registration fee includes admission for one (1) participant to all scheduled events and one (1) T-shirt. Reunion fees are due by August 8, 2025.

How much are reunion t-shirts? One (1) t-shirt is included with your paid registration fee. Additional t-shirts are $25.00 each. To purchase additional t-shirts download the Registration form.
